PRIVATE SELLERS OF MOTORHOMES & CARAVANS

(Only 55 Private Seller sites available)

Directly showcase your used motorhome or caravan directly to hundreds of engaged attendees at our very popular annual show. Close the deal on a private sale in person with minimum fuss, while enjoying the carnival-like atmosphere, food and entertainment!

 

For anyone looking at trading their motor home or caravan for the purpose of upsizing, downsizing or wanting to sell their 'mobile home'.

Note:  No commercial traders are permitted to use the Private Seller sites for selling vehicles or accessories.

Important information:

• Sites must be attended for the full duration of the event

• You must book a private seller site as soon as possible to avoid disappointment. In the past we have had to turn away sellers who have shown up without a prior booking.

• On arrival, please meet us at the gate. You will be direct to the office to collect your Site Pack, and escorted to your site.

• Sites are allocated on the day

• Your details (name, phone, email, details of sale vehicle) will be entered into the small brochure which we will provide to all attendees for circulation during show weekend.

• Two 2 day adult show tickets are included as noted below. If you require additional attendee tickets, please click here to pre-purchase.

• Friday: Gates open from 9am to park up and prepare

• Saturday: Gates open from 7.30am for set up access

• Saturday: Open to the general public from 9am to 4pm

• Sunday: Open to the general public from 9am to 3pm

• Monday: All sites to be cleared by 12 noon

• Securitas will be patrolling the grounds from Friday 4pm to Sunday 4pm

• There will be several Lions members on site for the duration of the show

• Private sellers are welcome to camp on site at no extra cost (self contained, pack in pack out), please refer the Social Camping information.

Sites are limited! To avoid disappointment, please book and pay for your site as early as possible. This greatly improves our efficiency and organisation of the administration process and avoids unnecessary delay of your entry into the grounds and site allocation.

If you sell your motorhome or caravan via other means prior to show weekend, you will be refunded your fee, provided we are informed no later than 5 p.m. the last Saturday before show weekend.
